Lymph-Cranio Sacral Integration weaves two specialized “light-touch” bodywork modalities for a joint focus on the health of the immune system and central nervous system. Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy focuses on the lymphatic system and its role in a functional immune system. MLD supports the body in maintaining proper blood circulation, body fluid balance, immune response, and systemic detoxification.
Cranio-sacral Therapy examines the membranes and movement of fluids in and around the central nervous system. CST assists with the release of the body’s connective tissues. Come transform your muscle flexibility & elasticity while immersed in a spa setting. This service will provide a total body stretch from head to toe or any specific areas. We will be using techniques like pin and release, forearm stretches, gluteal stretches and more to help achieve your flexibility goals. You will be required to wear flexible/ moveable clothing for this service. Example: tank top, gym shorts/leggings & socks.
