Just a few tips to make you visit more enjoyable!

Cancellation Policy for our Valued Guests:

 

Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Eden Organics Salon and Spa. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you.

We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.

All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.

We recognize that the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for these reasons. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on-call" status and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on our files. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you:

*Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.

*No-Shows or notification given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time will result in a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.

*Please note by booking an appointment with Eden Organics Salon and Spa you are automatically agreeing to our policies.

ARRIVAL - If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. Your technician will do his/her best to accommodate you. In order to ensure total relaxation and enhance treatment results, we encourage you to arrive 10- 15 minutes prior to your spa service.

CHILD SAFETY POLICY - Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Any minor child under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present with them to sign our consent for services. Massage services and certain waxing services will only be provided to clients 18 years and older. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

ATMOSPHERE - The spa offers each guest the chance to relax in a tranquil setting. While in the spa, we would appreciate you turning off your cell phone/pager; speak softly as a courtesy to others.

JEWELRY & PERSONAL ITEMS - We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories. When using the spa, please leave your jewelry at home.

FORMS OF PAYMENT - We reserve the right to change prices and services at anytime without notification. We accept all Major Credit Cards, Travelers Checks, and Cash; but please, no Personal Checks.

Gratuity may not be added to credit card purchases and is kindly requested in cash only.

RETURNS - Retail products may be exchanged with an original receipt within 14 days. All returns are for store credit only. We do not offer refunds or apply credit toward services for returned merchandise.
